By accessing or using QuizMate, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using QuizMate. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have parental consent.
QuizMate offers interactive features including:
AI-generated content is provided automatically based on your inputs. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that this content is error-free. Always verify information before relying on it, and note that AI feedback does not constitute professional advice.
To use certain features, you may need to create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information. We may collect your Game Center ID for leaderboard functionality. Usernames must be appropriate; we reserve the right to modify or remove any username that violates our guidelines. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and we may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
Any disputes arising from your use of QuizMate will be resolved through binding arbitration in Connecticut, USA, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules. By using QuizMate, you agree to resolve disputes through arbitration and waive the right to participate in a class-action lawsuit. If any portion of this arbitration clause is found unenforceable, disputes will be resolved in the appropriate Connecticut courts.
You agree not to use QuizMate for any unlawful or harmful purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, hacking, unauthorized access, disruption of the service, and uploading offensive, defamatory, or obscene content.
All content, features, and functionality of QuizMate are owned by QuizMate or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without explicit permission.
QuizMate is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
In no event shall QuizMate be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including inaccuracies in AI-generated content for which we are not responsible.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the app or by email when possible. Continued use of QuizMate after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We may also suspend or terminate access to QuizMate for any violations.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Connecticut, USA.
